when i first ordered this doll i was once excited about hearing what sort of phrases it may probably have,but when the doll got here in i attempted the "try here" howeverton and it failed to work.i thought neatly let me open it and see if i will be able to put new batteries in it.when i opened it i was dissatisfied to seek out out that that you could't change the batteries on this doll.the black below the coat that appears like a shirt is not.it is the doll's delicate body.i am retaining the doll because i think that it does resemble ozzy,why throw it away?if it would make a actually perfect conversation piece even with out the speaking,but i'll admit it might have been even cooler to have the voices work.if you're any person who doesn't mind that chances are you'll no longer hear the voices on this doll or be in a position to change the batteries then be happy to move ahead in your purchase of it.i am giving it a good score regardless of the malfunction because i like the seem to bes of it,and if it will get soiled it seriously isn't to onerous to wash.

I bought this doll because my brother is popping 14 and loves the Osbournes. I idea cool the doll discusss and stuff. There used to be now nothing in the description that the doll was useless...batteries have been out. I am deciding to buy a talking doll that would not talk great...so I opened it to take a look at and change the batteries...you cant there's no place that you can exchange the batteries...I was so mad...this needed to be within the description of the object so it may be evidently viewed...we acquired a Sharon doll and she or he in fact discusss. I really feel jipped, however I am keeping the doll and giving it as a gift like I deliberate...I also sold another doll that stated it talks and it actually does...I will be writing amazon about this seller...this is BS.
